To support family engagement initiatives, the full-time Family Advocate will serve as the primary liaison among youth, parents, caregivers, and community resources in Bayam n and Ponce, while facilitating caregiver learning and connecting families to support services. Key responsibilities Lead caregiver engagement and deliver the Survival Skills for Healthy Families program to designated participants Maintain accurate documentation of attendance, session fidelity, and implementation metrics Coordinate family referrals and establish relationships with community service providers to support participant needs Required qualifications Minimum of two years of professional experience in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field Ability to facilitate caregiver groups and maintain accurate records Experience in establishing referral relationships and documenting follow-through Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
