Insight Global is looking to hire a HR Administrative Assistant in Miami, FL. This individual will provide administrative support to the HR team, with approximately 65% of the role focused on HR administration.
Responsibilities include processing HRIS transactions, supporting employee Dayforce login issues, managing employment verifications, assisting with FMLA and leave tracking, and responding to employee requests through Zendesk.
The role will also maintain employee records and documentation, process summer employment changes, and support annual employee profile updates.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel, and events, maintaining company directories, answering phones, processing mail, and assisting with accounts receivable payments.
