Title: IT Project Manager
Pay Range: $40-$48/hr ,
Location: Innsbrook, VA
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager for an opportunity in Innsbrook, VA. This individual will be responsible for leading application development projects, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT project management experience , strong experience with Microsoft 365 , and a working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies . Experience with third-party vendors, business process improvement, or certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master would be a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of IT project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience managing application development projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification
• Experience working with third-party vendors
• Background in business process improvement initiatives
