Location: Columbia, MD or Canton, MD (hybrid once a month on-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeaking a Corporate Trainer to facilitate engaging, instructor-led training (ILT) programs across both virtual and in-person environments. In this role, you will guide new team members through structured onboarding and technical skill-building, supporting them through a complete ramp-up process. You will partner with Instructional Designers and Lead Trainers to deliver, refine, and continuously improve our core learning programs.
