This candidate will need to push the bounds of today’s design trends while perfecting the tried-and-true basic principles, be able to deliver rich user experiences (UX), and help our clients’ brands find and express their unique voice and identity. Position Location Full Time Top Skills For This Role 70% web design; web including UX / UI, wireframing landing pages, sitemaps, infographics, animations, digital advertisements; coding experience or knowledge would be helpful, but not required. 30% print design; branding, publication layout design, and typography, print advertisements. Required Software Knowledge / Online Tool Must-Haves Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Experience using Figma Top Soft Skills Have a passion for what you do with a positive and inquisitive attitude Executing all visual design stages from discovery to final hand-off to developer(s) Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies Meet, present, and discuss project requirements, wireframes, designs, and creative concepts to internal team, management, and clients Have the ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas with coworkers and clients Work in tandem with the Creative Director, internet marketing team, and web development team Top Bonus Skills We Would Like To See Familiarity with SEO and SEO principles Familiarity with Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro Experience with the Mac platform and familiarity with Mac devices: iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone Willingness to write copy for Tower’s website on industry statistics, terms, or blogs pertaining to the web design field Education, Certifications, And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in design or related field or equivalent experience Portfolio, including website designs; please provide link submissions without a portfolio will not be considered Experience in a digital marketing agency: website development, internet marketing, or both #J-18808-Ljbffr
