Key responsibilities Handle medical and indemnity claims of moderate to difficult complexity in North Carolina and South Carolina Determine compensability through detailed investigations and establish causal relationships between injury and incident Facilitate return-to-work processes and manage medical bills related to claims Required qualifications 4+ years of workers' compensation claims handling experience, including medical and indemnity claims Experience with moderate to difficult claims in North Carolina and South Carolina Valid adjuster license in the home state, with a preference for South Carolina or North Carolina licenses Proficiency in using Guidewire (version 8) or similar claim management software Strong understanding of medical and legal terminology related to workers' compensation
